Every Field Ready Kit includes two laminated, jobsite-tough reference cards:
- Sample Job Safety Analysis (JSA): a two-page, fill-in Job Safety Analysis template covering job and crew details, up to 10 task steps, risks and mitigations, a 24-hazard checklist, risk controls from elimination to PPE, PPE and tool readiness, permits, hot work controls, final verification and sign-off. It is a reference template: your site's requirements, permits and procedures always take precedence.
- Audit-Ready Kit Checklist: every item in the kit with its quantity and Pass / Fail / Replace boxes, split into Critical to Safety and Compliance & Support items, with technician and supervisor sign-off. Photograph the completed checklist and attach it to the work order for your records.
- Includes a dry-erase marker and a permanent marker for field notes.

Field Ready Kits is a Tomball, Texas company owned by Yesenia G. Lawson, the face of the company and the person behind every kit. Yesenia brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience with IECEx, ATEX, ISO 9001 and EN 80079-34, from design and production through field deployment, installation and maintenance. With a Quality Manager background, she served as the Authorized Person for both product certification and facility certification, and she has worked in the field doing quality checks on installations and how equipment performs, so she knows every step from start to finish. That experience shapes how every kit is built: documented, checklisted and audit-ready.

How much is shipping?
A flat $19.99 per kit to any address in the lower 48 states. Bulk orders of 10 or more kits get shipping quoted per order.
How fast will my kit ship?
In-stock orders placed by 3 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders after 3 PM ship the next business day. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days.
Do you deliver locally in Texas?
Yes. Local hand delivery is free on orders of $399.98 or more within 100 miles of Tomball, Texas. That local hand-delivery area covers the Houston area, Freeport and Beaumont/Port Arthur. Local orders placed by 10 AM CT qualify for same-day delivery.
Can I return a kit?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email returns@fieldreadykits.com with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Used items cannot be returned, including an H₂S monitor that has been activated. Sale items can be returned on the same terms. If your return qualifies, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
Which kits include an H₂S monitor?
The Essentials + Kit and the Firewatch + Kit include a Honeywell BW Clip 2-year H₂S single-gas detector (BWC2-H). It is the only difference from the base kits and adds $120.
What makes a kit "audit-ready"?
Every kit includes a laminated audit-ready checklist of its contents and a laminated sample JSA, so the kit can be verified quickly at the gate or during a safety audit.
Do you offer bulk pricing?

Where do you ship?
We ship to the lower 48 states only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
